Corporate Responsibility

Our performance

We believe in measuring our progress by tracking and reporting on our performance and the goals we aim to achieve.

Accountability and transparency

As the global people platform for the modern workforce, Dayforce is proud to be a recognized thought leader in today's fluid and borderless world of work. While we relentlessly innovate the solutions that enable organizations to change and adapt, we never lose sight of our values. We strive to hold ourselves accountable to our stakeholders and our communities in all we do, and we approach every task with accountability and transparency.

  • 99.99%

    uptime for Dayforce by 2025

Our success as a business requires the highest levels of performance and reliability of our products. It’s a standard that our customers expect and deserve. We’re committing to increasing Dayforce’s uptime from 99.95% in 2023 to our goal of 99.99% by 2025.

  • 0

material data breaches annually through 2025

Nothing is more important to us than the protection of our customers’ data. We’ve made great strides to keep this trend on track for the future, and we’re proud to report zero material data breaches in 2023.

  • 50/50

gender parity in senior management roles by 2028

Dayforce values diversity and aims to foster a culture that respects and celebrates everyone. Roughly 36% of senior management roles in our company were held by women in 2023, and we aim to reach 50% by 2028.

  • 50%

increase for underrepresented minorities (URM) in management roles in the U.S. by 2028

Like many organizations, we believe our workforce should reflect the communities it serves. We are aiming to increase the percentage of underrepresented minorities (URM) in manager-level roles and above from 10.4% in 2023 to 17.8% by 2028.

  • +40

employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through 2025

At Dayforce, we truly care about our employees’ feelings toward the company. They’re the heart of our business and the reason for our success. We earned a +50 eNPS in 2023, and we aim to maintain a +40 or higher score annually through 2025.

  • 15%

of People Analytics customers using DEI Dashboards by 2026

Creating an inclusive and equitable culture is a top priority for many employers. Dayforce DEI Dashboards helps them do just that by providing advanced DEI reporting and analytics capabilities. We aim for at least 15% of our customers that use People Analytics to effectively leverage DEI Dashboards by 2026.

  • 50%

of employees giving and volunteering by 2025

With a focus on “giving where we’re living,” our people actively seek to improve the lives of others in their communities and beyond. We reached a 50% participation rate for the first time in 2023, and we aim to maintain it annually through 2025.

  • 42%

reduction of Scope 1 and 2 emissions from Dayforce operations by 2030

Shrinking our carbon footprint is critical to the protection of our planet. That’s why we have an operational emissions reduction target that’s aligned with the best available climate science. The significant consolidation of our office footprint as well as our purchasing 100% renewable electricity each year puts us far ahead of schedule.

"As a promise-driven, purpose-led company, we believe in acting responsibly, operating sustainably, and contributing to the greater good."
