Today’s organizations are facing a complexity crisis. With an explosion of different types of work and workers, a mismatch between skills and roles, and ever-changing compliance, it’s never been more challenging to unlock the full potential your workforce.  â€¨

So much of the conversation around our changing world of work focuses on office-centered topics like hybrid work and quiet quitting. Yet, it’s estimated that 70-80% of the workforce doesn’t sit behind a desk [1].
