Plus, managers can now take quick action right from the workforce insights dashboard — a one-stop shop to start their day with all the data they need at their fingertips. Our latest release simplifies the workforce management experience for managers and employees to complete common tasks such as:

  • Assigning unfilled shifts after they’ve been released for bidding 
  • Managing timesheets faster by eliminating the noise 
  • Flexible attestation on mobile with dynamic text

Dayforce Flex Work enhancements  

Our latest release empowers employers and workers to fill open shifts more quickly with new enhancements to Dayforce Flex Work, the on-demand talent marketplace that allows employers to offer open shifts to a pool of verified, flexible workers. Employers can now fill more shifts faster by rebroadcasting notifications for open shifts to available workers in a targeted area. To boost labor quality, employers can rate and provide feedback on workers and prioritize their networks for future shifts. And workers can now provide feedback on shifts and access vital safety information prior to signing up.  

Supercharge your recruiting with a more efficient experience  

Our platform’s strength in recruiting has made us a recognized leader among talent acquisition solutions. Our latest release builds on that leading position by empowering recruitment professionals to make fast and equitable hiring decisions by sourcing, screening, and recruiting top candidates with the help of AI and machine learning.

It updates one employee record at a time, enhancing error handling and optimizing background job performance. With improved data mapping, HR Import 2.0 is now a more efficient, flexible, and user-friendly tool for handling HR data. 

Making faster, better decisions with the right data 

Business leaders and HR teams know that their HCM databases contain mountains of important insights. The frustration comes from being unable to separate these insights from the noise of a million data points. This is the third key area where our latest Dayforce release adds significant value to customers, especially in HR service delivery and workforce analytics.  

Give your people better experiences with new HR service delivery reporting  

HR teams often face challenges in tracking and analyzing case performance, identifying common inquiries, and pinpointing areas that need improvement. Our new HR Case Details report helps address these issues by surfacing key information about each case, such as the submitter, assignee, topic, status, submission date, and time to resolution. This helps HR Case Admins conduct a wide range of analyses to assess team performance and uncover trends. Data access is restricted based on location, case topic, and subject/topic authorizations to ensure secure handling of sensitive information. 

Get the insights that matter to you with our new Measures builder  

Last year, we introduced Dayforce Measures, a tool that provides users with the unprecedented ability to analyze their workforce and unlock their true people potential. This feature set came with a host of helpful out-of-the-box reports. Now with our latest release, customers can build custom measures to generate the insights they need based on their unique requirements. With Measures Builder, HR Administrators can create a tailored measure that focuses specifically on employees within the “Part-Time” or “Full Time” pay class and “Hourly” or “Salaried” pay types. The customized measure can be shared with the entire organization to help create meaningful segmentations, make more informed decisions, and uncover actionable insights.
