Paired with new People Analytics agents, this helps organizations anticipate change with clarity and confidence.
Deliver
Payroll and compliance remain at the heart of people operations. At Discover, we showcased our Pay clarity agent, which helps answer payroll questions, flag anomalies, and support employees in real time.
And this year, we achieved hyperscale — Dayforce now powers some of the world's largest and most complex payrolls, in the fastest time. That’s not just scale. It’s payroll delivered with exceptional speed and precision.
Grow
Growth can’t be limited to once-a-year reviews — it needs to be continuous and embedded. That’s why we launched Dayforce Communications, empowering organizations to send targeted, measurable messages to the right people at the right time, from learning nudges to policy updates.
We also announced the Dayforce AI Course Creator, expanded HR Service Delivery tools, and previewed HR Service Delivery Handoff — a streamlined way to transition from the Dayforce AI Assistant to a human HR partner when needed, without losing context. Together with new AI-powered tools for skills mapping, career development, and learning pathways, Dayforce is helping people thrive intentionally.
The say/do ratio matters
