Ceridian’s 2022 Executive Survey reveals that leaders today feel confident about managing disruption. From data breaches and natural disasters to labor shortages and supply chain issues, 70% or more of respondents feel very or extremely confident in their organisation’s ability to handle a variety of disruptions.
But our findings from 2,000 leaders around the globe also show that despite a high level of confidence, there is still work to be done for organisations to ensure they have the change-ready culture, resilient leadership, and agile systems needed to be ready for any disruption.
