Go beyond with the Dayforce Partner Network

Our partners are a core part of our mission to make work life better for our thousands of customers and their millions of employees around the world. With their expertise and industry knowledge, Dayforce partners deliver best-in-class services and solutions that help customers realise value from our technology more quickly. They’re also an essential and esteemed part of our growth strategy. 

And an exciting evolution of our partner ecosystem was just announced at Dayforce Discover. The theme for this year’s Partner Experience is Go Beyond, a call to action to push the boundaries of achievement, strive for excellence, and – most importantly – create exceptional experiences for customers.  

New partner pillars 

We’ve enhanced and streamlined the partner network structure to make it easier for partners to collaborate with Dayforce and support our customers. The new structure is built around three interconnected pillars:   
 

  • Service Delivery Partners: A combination of Global System Integrators, boutique system integrators, and consulting partners that provide post go-live optimisation work. They play a crucial role in ensuring that customers maximise the value of their Dayforce implementation, addressing specific challenges and helping achieve unique business goals.  

  • Community Partners: Comprising our Advisory, Broker, and Private Equity networks, Community Partners are dedicated to identifying, advocating for, influencing, and accelerating opportunities.  

  • Technology and Innovation Partners: These partners enhance and extend the Dayforce platform through integrations, driving innovation and providing additional value to our customers.  

Introducing points-based tiers 

We know our partners are taking center stage in sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success. In response, we’re evolving our partner program to align with these dynamics, creating pathways for partners to scale and thrive. 

This program is about recognising a partner’s unique strengths, earning credibility within the ecosystem, and educating prospects and customers on the value of working with a trusted, Dayforce-backed partner.  

The new program includes three tiers: Emerging, Growth, and Strategic. Achievements like accreditations, co-selling success, and customer satisfaction drive partner advancement through these tiers, unlocking higher levels of support and recognition. 

Benefits of our new structure 

Evolving our partner program started by imagining what could be achieved. We see four distinct benefits of our new Partner Network ecosystem: 
 

  1. Enhanced collaboration: This new structure fosters collaboration among different types of partners, breaking down silos and encouraging shared initiatives. 
  2. Growth opportunities: Partners can better leverage their strengths and capabilities to support their expansion into different areas, fostering growth for themselves and creating more options for our customers. 
  3. Flexibility and adaptability: The new ecosystem is designed to be dynamic, allowing partners to move between roles and adapt to changing market demands and customer needs. 
  4. Focused support: Each pillar offers targeted resources and support that align with specific needs and goals, allowing partners to maximize their impact within the ecosystem and more effectively serve our mutual customers. 

Ultimately, the new structure emphasises a commitment to mutual success that benefits all parties involved. Our new partner program will kick off on January 22, 2025.
