Wade McNair

Dr. McNair is the author of The Ability Series™, including RelateAbility and AdaptAbility, with over 20 years of experience in culture and change management, talent management, corporate learning, leadership, HR, and organisation development. Wade has a Master’s degree in Organisational Leadership and a Doctorate degree in Organisational Management and Change. He resides in Southern California with his daughter Jordan and their miniature schnauzer, Rory.
