A reimagined payroll experience
For payroll administration, we’ve invested in a pay run management experience, including a dashboard that displays payroll data for an entire pay group so your administrators have full visibility into what’s happening throughout the pay cycle. The dashboard presents data at a summary level and provides users the option to drill deeper based on audit practices. It also offers real-time insight into pay data variances between your current and previous pay run to help users detect anomalies, identify changes, or highlight areas needing attention.
Give workers more control with new Savings and Cashless Tips features
We’re excited to introduce new features to Dayforce Wallet, our on-demand pay solution that allows workers to access their wages anytime, anywhere. We’ve added a new Savings feature that allows users to route some of their earnings into a savings plan no matter when or where they access their pay. This helps workers gain more control over their earnings and reduces work stress that gets in the way of productivity.
Organizations in industries with tipping also have an essential tool in our new Cashless Tips feature. This latest addition allows employers to pay out pre-tax or net tips by automating their distribution at the end of a shift through Dayforce Wallet – with no impact on the employer’s payroll configuration. This feature helps solve the unique pain point of having to keep cash on site for the sole purpose of paying out tips, which is inconvenient when most customers use digital payment methods and creates a risk of theft that impacts worker safety. This is yet another example of how we at Dayforce are continuously innovating to create win-win solutions for employers and workers.
