We’re touring the world with our Dayforce Summit series – don’t miss our Melbourne stop on Wednesday, 28 May at The Glasshouse. Building on the success of Dayforce Daybreak event last year, Dayforce Summit is our renewed commitment to empowering you and your organisation to grow, innovate, and make work life better. We’ll bring Dayforce customers, partners, and finance and technology leaders together to explore:

  • Modern experiences that unlock the potential of your people.
  • Built-in flexibility that helps you adapt and operate with confidence.
  • AI technology advancements that drive simplicity at scale.
  • How the right HCM technology partner can help you realize quantifiable value.
Seats are still available at the Dayforce Summit Melbourne. If you haven’t signed up yet, here are four things I’m personally looking forward to at our event:

New insights from our customers and partners

At Dayforce, we love our customers. We especially love hearing their stories about the challenges they’ve overcome and the improvements they’ve made. We’ve got a jam-packed full-day agenda at the Dayforce Summit Melbourne, starting with our customer Funlab, which will share how it brought the fun to its dynamic, high-volume workforce by levelling up the employee experience. Afterwards, we’ll hear Orica’s incredible payroll transformation story, where it consolidated 34 separate payroll systems into one while maintaining compliance across geographies.

In the afternoon, we kick off with two back-to-back client panel discussions, starting with Ingenia Communities, sharing tips on building a compelling business case for meaningful transformation and managing change after implementation. This will be followed by a cross-industry discussion with Homestyle Aged Care and Viva Energy, and how these companies tackled the challenges of fragmented systems, complex operations, and fierce talent competition. Chairing these discussions will be leading industry experts from our partners, Magnisol and Pinpoint HRM.

Experience the Dayforce difference

Curious about what Dayforce really is like, and how it can help your organisation’s specific needs?  Our Summit is the perfect time to see Dayforce in action. You’ll also hear our executives and product experts share their perspectives on how technology can help you do the work you’re meant to do. If that’s not enough, Dayforce founder and CEO David Ossip will be there to talk about the Dayforce journey in the region and his favourite components of the solution. And yes, you can ask him any questions you have about Dayforce.

More than our solution, you’ll also meet Daymakers and partners who work day in and day out with customers and learn how they can help you manage your people effectively, achieve business goals, and make work life better for your people.

Learn from keynote speaker, Dr. Jordan Nguyen

To cap the day off, we’re pleased to have author, biomedical engineer, and technology futurist Dr. Jordan Nguyen as our closing keynote. Discover the type of leadership you need in times of change, gain tips for overcoming complexity, unlock insight into evolving values and expectations, and learn how the next generation will reshape the way we live and work.

Opportunities to build your network

The best thing about these events is the opportunity to meet each other in person and build on the incredible community around Dayforce. The Dayforce Summit is a great place to grow your network, through our executives, partners, and other Dayforce customers. We can’t wait for you to meet leaders from across Australia and New Zealand, share best practices, and explore the path forward together.

I’m excited to meet you at the Dayforce Summit in Melbourne! Apply for your seat today.
