At Dayforce, we’ve always been dedicated to giving back where our people live and work. Daymakers around the world contribute in meaningful ways year-round. With a global volunteer month, a full day’s worth of paid volunteer time, and an annual giving campaign, our teams across five continents enjoy having a positive impact in our communities.

Additionally, by creating our own employee-driven charity, Dayforce Cares, we’re able to further that commitment in a more direct and meaningful way. Our employee-driven charity, Dayforce Cares, provides basic needs grants to families and individuals in our communities. Dayforce Cares has provided over $6.5 million in grants to nearly 5,000 individuals in North America since the charity’s founding.
