Megan Parker

Megan Parker leads Sustainability at Dayforce,  where she shapes the company’s global climate strategy and oversees renewable energy and carbon removal procurement, sustainable supply chain and business travel initiatives, and sustainability reporting across voluntary and regulatory standards. Prior to Dayforce, she held sustainability leadership and advisory roles across real estate, retail, consumer products, foundations, and government. She has MBA and MEM degrees from Duke University and a BA from the University of Washington.
