Sonia Lynch

Sonia Lynch is the ANZ HR Lead at Dayforce, where she partners with leaders across the region to support every stage of the employee experience. With deep experience in human resources and more than a decade working in the technology sector, Sonia focuses on building healthy, engaged, and high-performing teams.

Sonia joined Dayforce in 2022. Before that, she held senior HR roles across the UK and Australia, supporting organizations through growth, transformation, and cultural change. She is CIPD-qualified and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, bringing a balanced mix of global perspective and local expertise to her work.
