Dayforce, Inc.  (NYSE: DAY; TSX: DAY), a global human capital management (HCM) leader that makes work life better, today announced that Orica Ltd. (ASX: ORI), a leading global provider of commercial explosives and blasting systems to the mining industry, has completed the second phase of its global payroll and workforce management implementation.  Orica employees across 18 countries in EMEA, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and North America are now using the DayforceTM platform. 

Partnering with Deloitte and Think Best Practice during the implementation process, Orica is consolidating disparate systems across its global operations with the award-winning Dayforce cloud payroll and workforce management platform.
