Ceridian, a global human capital management company, today announced that Dayforce HCM has again been named overall Leader in Nucleus Research’s Workforce Management Technology Value Matrix, for the third consecutive year.

These findings speak to Dayforce HCM’s strength in usability, functionality and innovation, enabling users to simplify complex compliance processes and become more strategic in their work.

Nucleus credits Ceridian’s aggressive schedule of innovations and upgrades for Dayforce HCM’s consistently high performance, placing it at the “vanguard of efforts to marshal all of HCM onto a single application.” This effort, according to Nucleus, has made Dayforce a particularly effective WFM solution, delivering real-time data processing to facilitate compliance with complex employment law.

“With the acquisition of Dayforce, we’ve executed on a very aggressive product roadmap,” says Eugene Peters, Product Management Director, Workforce Management, Ceridian. “Our single application is aimed at empowering HCM professionals to cut through complexity, save money, and help their organizations achieve compliance excellence.”

According to Nucleus, the Workforce Management function within Dayforce is mature, meaning any future upgrades are iterative, granular, and build on usability. Among the features noted by Nucleus are:

  • Real-time data, providing “an uncommon degree of visibility into the workforce”
  • Simplified scheduling options
  • Dayforce Touch clock – physical clocking device designed to withstand the conditions found in hard labour environments
