Ventana Research Honors Ceridian Customer for Digital Human Capital Management Leadership
Power Construction is the 2017 Ventana Research Digital Leadership Winner for HCM
Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company, today congratulated Power Construction on its receipt of the prestigious Digital Leadership Award in the category of Human Capital Management for 2017.
Awarded by leading technology research and advisory firm Ventana Research, the Digital Leadership Awards recognize organizations who utilize technology to advance their business and IT. Power Construction was chosen for their HCM leadership and for how they used Ceridian’s flagship Dayforce HCM solution to streamline their HR processes and empower their employees with mobile access to their personal and pay information. After adopting Dayforce, Power Construction was able to unite processes that had previously been managed across several HR systems, reducing administrative work and improving the user experience for everyone at the company.
