David Ossip
Chair and CEO
David Ossip is Chair and CEO at Dayforce. Under David’s leadership, Dayforce is a recognized global leader in human capital management.
A transformational technology leader and serial entrepreneur, David has more than 30 years of experience building and leading successful Human Capital Management (HCM) technology companies.
He is the recipient of multiple leadership awards, including Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired CEO for Transformational Leadership and Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs. David also is an investor, advisor, and mentor in the Canadian business and technology communities.
David holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in econometrics and quantitative economics from the University of Toronto.
Sam Alkharrat
Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer
Sam Alkharrat is Chief Revenue Officer at Dayforce. Sam oversees the global sales team and has responsibilities for fostering existing and prospective customer relationships globally.
An accomplished B2B software executive, Sam has over two decades of experience building and nurturing high-performance cultures at enterprise technology companies. Prior to joining Dayforce in 2023, he held senior roles at Workday, C3 AI, VMWare, SAP, and Cisco Systems.
Sam holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Toledo.
Chris Armstrong
Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer
Chris Armstrong is Chief Customer Officer at Dayforce. Chris is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and delivering the best of Dayforce at every customer touch point.
Since joining Dayforce in 2004, Chris has held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, where he drove scale, efficiency, and growth for the company’s operations globally.
Chris is an active supporter of Dayforce charitable giving campaigns. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Nicole Bello
Group Vice President of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
Nicole Bello is Group Vice President of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Dayforce. Nicole is responsible for leading sales efforts with a focus on expanding and accelerating how organizations in the region drive simplicity at scale in their people operations.
With a career spanning over two decades, Nicole has held prominent sales leadership roles within major HCM organizations, such as ADP and UKG, in both EMEA and the United States.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s in Business from Drexel University.
Amy Cappellanti-Wolf
Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer
Amy Cappellanti-Wolf is Chief People Officer at Dayforce. Amy is responsible for designing and driving Dayforce's global people strategy and operations.
Amy has held senior HR leadership positions at Symantec, Silver Spring Networks, Cisco, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Frito Lay, and most recently served as CHRO at Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data management.
Amy has been recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and has been named a Distinguished Alumni by the John Chambers School of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. She holds an M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations, both from West Virginia University.
Brian Donn
Managing Director, APJ
Brian Donn is Managing Director, Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) at Dayforce. Brian is responsible for the overall leadership of Dayforce’s operations in the Asia Pacific & Japan region. He is passionate about both employee and customer experience, and a firm believer that a relentless focus on both leads to high performing teams and a sustainable, winning culture.
With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, services and applications across the EMEA & JAPAC regions, Brian joined Dayforce in 2022 to lead the organization’s operations across Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Brian held leadership positions at various firms including Oracle, Verint Systems Inc, and KANA Software.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree graduating with Highest Distinction in Information Technology & Marketing from studies at both the University of West of Scotland (UK) and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands).
Eric Glass
Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
Eric Glass is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Dayforce. In his role, Eric is responsible for driving awareness, market share, and growth across the business through global marketing and communications strategies. This includes product marketing, global brand, digital marketing, corporate communications, and corporate responsibility and sustainability.
Eric joined Dayforce in 2020 as Chief Communications Officer. Prior to that, Eric spent nine years at Workday, serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications, where he built and led the global communications function. Previously, he served in senior roles at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Edelman.
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Alabama, and is based in London, UK.
Steve Holdridge
President and Chief Operating Officer
Steve Holdridge is President and Chief Operating Officer at Dayforce. Steve leads all go-to-market and operations functions globally, including the Customer, Digital, Marketing and Communications, Revenue, and Transformation organizations. Prior to this role, he served as President, Customer and Revenue Operations as well as Chief Customer Officer.
Steve is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience driving sales and customer experience teams to success. Before joining Dayforce in 2020, he held global leadership roles at leading technology firms including MicroStrategy, Infor, Oracle, and Price Waterhouse.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo and is former member of the TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association) Executive Advisory board.
Jeff Jacobs
Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting
Jeff Jacobs is Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Dayforce. He is responsible for global accounting, billing, collections, and reporting, as well as internal controls over financial reporting.
Prior to joining Dayforce in 2015, he held senior accounting and finance roles at General Mills, Inc., and KPMG LLP.
Jeff is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Accounting) and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Justine Janssen
Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer
Justine Janssen is Chief Strategy Officer at Dayforce. In her role, Justine oversees Dayforce's strategic goals and transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s vision, core objectives, and its continued growth.
Justine initially joined Dayforce in 2012 where she held diverse leadership positions, including managing large-scale transformation initiatives and leading organizational strategy, prior to her departure in 2021. Most recently and prior to joining Dayforce, she served as an independent consultant on strategic projects.
Justine has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, one of the Top 25 Canadian Women in Tech, and as a Woman of Excellence for Achievement in Business. She is a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Jeremy Johnson
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Jeremy Johnson is Chief Financial Officer at Dayforce. In his role, Jeremy is responsible for the global finance functions, including accounting and financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, tax, treasury, cash management, payroll trust operations, facilities, financial operations, and investor relations.
Jeremy first joined Dayforce in 2012 where he spent nearly a decade within Dayforce's finance team and played a key role in scaling the finance function through periods of rapid growth. Most recently and prior to re-joining Dayforce, he served as CFO and interim CEO at SmartRecruiters, Inc. where he led the global finance function, as well as legal, and privacy.
Previously, he held a variety of finance, accounting, and audit positions at Capella Education Company and KPMG. Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant, and has a Masters in Accounting, with a specialty in Financial Reporting from Michigan State University
Joe Korngiebel
Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy, Product, and Technology Officer
Joe Korngiebel is Chief Strategy, Product, and Technology Officer at Dayforce. Joe leads the company’s ambitious innovation strategy, designed to ensure its innovations continue to surpass customer expectations, disrupt the industry, and drive forward the company’s position as a world-class HCM partner.
Prior to joining Dayforce in 2020, Joe served as Chief Technology Officer at Workday after a 14-year tenure that included roles as Senior Vice President of Experience Technology, Vice President of Mobile applications, and Founder of Workday Labs. A seasoned technologist, Joe has also held senior roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft.
Joe serves on the board of directors of the PulsePoint Foundation, and holds a bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, and computer science from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, where he is also an industry advisory board member.
Donnebra McClendon
Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Donnebra McClendon is Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) at Dayforce. Donnebra is responsible for designing and driving policies and programs to ensure equity and fairness across the organization. Donnebra first joined Dayforce in 2004.
Donnebra is passionate about cultivating a consciously unbiased and intentionally inclusive culture. She established a non-profit organization, Leaders are Readers, supporting literacy in the Tampa Bay area.
Donnebra holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Bethune-Cookman University. She also received a diversity, equity, and inclusion certification from Cornell University, and is currently a doctoral student in strategic leadership at Carolina University.
Bill McDonald
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary
Bill McDonald is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Dayforce. Bill is responsible for Dayforce’s global legal activities and compliance programmes, including commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, privacy and product compliance.
Bill joined Dayforce in February 2016 as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, he was a partner with the law firms of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP and Fox Rothschild LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where his practice focused on advising public and private companies on corporate, securities and transactional issues. Previously, Bill held leadership roles in the legal departments of Dayforce and SUPERVALU INC., and he has served as a board member for Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, Second Harvest Heartland, Special Olympics Minnesota and the Minnesota High Tech Association.
Bill received his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee and his undergraduate degree in finance and business economics from the University of Notre Dame.
Carrie Rasmussen
Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer
Carrie Rasmussen is Chief Digital Officer at Dayforce. Carrie leads the team responsible for the systems, tools, and processes that power and protect the Dayforce business, including Cybersecurity, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and Risk. In addition, Carrie serves as the Chief Information Officer for the Dayforce National Trust Bank, overseeing the technology services and operations for the Dayforce U.S. payroll trust.
Carrie joined Dayforce in 2021 to lead global IT and create an optimized infrastructure and data strategy across all operations as Chief Information Officer. She is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise organizations. Previously, she was Chief Information Officer at The Save Mart Companies, and has also held senior leadership roles at Safeway Inc.
Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and a master’s degree in agriculture business management from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
Erik Zimmer
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Ventures
Erik Zimmer is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Ventures at Dayforce. Erik has been leading Dayforce’s corporate strategic initiatives since 2018. In this role Erik is responsible for our emerging businesses including Dayforce Wallet, Dayforce Flex Work, and Ideal Talent Marketplace as well as for identifying, executing, and integrating M&A transactions.
Erik has extensive experience in finance, operations, innovation, sales, and strategy. Prior to joining Dayforce, Erik served as a Managing Director of Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., and as an operating advisor for numerous Fortune 1000 organizations while consulting for Bain and Company. Since 2011, Erik has acted as a strategic advisor to Dayforce, and had deep involvement in the design, build, and integration of Dayforce technology.
Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He also received a master’s degree in engineering management and design from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
