Be aware of recruitment fraud

Organisations have been experiencing situations whereby candidates have been contacted by people impersonating recruiters who request candidate personal information or monetary funds by impersonating recruiters or hiring managers at Dayforce.

If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a Dayforce recruiter with a @dayforce.com or @ceridian.com email directly from our organisation. Be wary of look-a-like or misspelled email domain names like Dayf0rce Dayfroce or CeridIan.

Dayforce does not conduct interviews outside of phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or in-person. At no point during our recruitment process will anyone be asked to send or receive funds to purchase equipment, nor do we ask any personal or confidential information outside of an application through our Dayforce portal which begins with https://www.mydayforce.com/CandidatePortal.

If you suspect you have been the victim of a recruitment-related fraud, immediately contact your financial institution. If you shared personal information, then file a complaint with your local authorities. For general security-related questions regarding Dayforce, contact cybersecurity@dayforce.com.

If you believe you have been the victim of a job offer scam where someone has impersonated a Dayforce employee and offered you a fake job offer in order to obtain your personal information, please use this link to complete a form that goes directly to our Cybersecurity team.

Let us show you what Dayforce can do.
