Lisa Peterson represents employers of all sizes on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, from providing counseling and advice to pre-litigation negotiations, and all the way through trial. Her diverse practice includes litigating claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions and class actions.
