David Ossip, President and CEO
Ossip is the founder and former President and CEO of Workbrain, the most widely-deployed Workforce Management solution for large enterprises and one of North America's fastest growing companies. Ossip has over a decade of experience delivering innovative workforce and performance solutions to clients around the world. He is the recipient of many awards for his leadership, including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award as well as a nationally awarded Special Citation for Technology Innovation. Ossip was also the recipient of the Kroeger College Award for Management. In 2004, he was named to Canada’s Top 40 under 40. Ossip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
John Orr, Chief Strategy Officer
Orr is an accomplished software executive with an extensive history as a pioneer in workforce management applications. Orr is the former co-founder and CEO of Workbits, an integrated on-demand Workforce Management provider. Prior to joining Dayforce, Orr worked closely with industry leading clients such as VP of Retail solutions at Workbrain, the most widely-deployed Workforce Management solution for large enterprises. In 2000, he joined Radiant, where he was responsible for design, development and go-to-market strategy. From 1993-2000, Orr was VP of Products at TimeCorp, a division of HP. He holds an MBA from Georgia State University.
Bob Brooks, Chief Technology Officer
Brooks is an accomplished technology strategist and software industry veteran who brings decades of experience in the workforce management industry. Prior to joining Dayforce, Brooks was Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Workbits, an integrated on-demand Workforce Management provider. In 1988, he co-founded TimeCorp, where he was Chief Technology Officer. Brooks is a pioneer of many workforce innovations such as automated scheduling, time and attendance schedule validation, enterprise budgetary controls and the industry’s first end-to-end workforce management solution.
Paul Sandusky, Senior Vice President of Operations
Sandusky is a seasoned enterprise software executive who brings more than a decade of leadership experience in professional services and development. Prior to joining Dayforce, Sandusky was Vice President of Professional Services at Angoss Software. Between 2002 and 2007 he held a number of senior level positions at Workbrain, the most widely-deployed Workforce Management solution for large enterprises, including Director of Professional Services and Vice President of Research & Development. Prior to 2002 Sandusky held several leadership positions with leading system integrators including five years with Andersen Business Consulting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Guelph.
Alex Kenjeev, Vice President of Corporate Development
Kenjeev has extensive experience developing strategy for rapidly growing companies, advising both management teams and venture investors. Kenjeev was previously the president of a boutique management consulting firm, where he grew per-partner revenues of 40% higher than those of any of the firm’s previous 37 years. Prior to this, Kenjeev worked for a leading corporate law firm and consulted a government in Central Asia on its strategy for attracting global investment capital. Kenjeev holds an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Toronto, where he is a member of the President’s Task Force on Governance.
Ozzie Goldschmied, Vice President of Development
Goldschmied is a seasoned technical leader who brings years of experience in enterprise software development in the workforce management industry. Prior to joining Dayforce, Goldschmied held a number of senior Research and Development positions at Workbrain, the most widely-deployed Workforce Management solution for large enterprises, where he was responsible for key workforce management applications including Time and Attendance and Scheduling. He is an expert in the design and development of robust, highly scalable enterprise applications that are used by leading retail, financial services, and healthcare organizations. Goldschmied holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Warren Perlman, Vice President of Solutions
Perlman is an experienced technologist who brings years of experience in enterprise workforce management and SaaS technology. Perlman joins Dayforce from Voice on the Go, where he was Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, he co-founded Workbrain, the most widely-deployed Workforce Management solution for large enterprises, where he was responsible for technology and platform architecture.
