About the Position
 
Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Lead Consultant is responsible for the deployment of the Dayforce solution to its diverse and rapidly growing client base. The Lead Consultant is responsible for the management and execution of the entire implementation lifecycle including planning, discovery, design, configuration, and deployment in addition to project and client management responsibilities. The position requires a broad set of functional and technical skills as well as deep domain expertise in Workforce Management in a number of industry verticals.

Job Description 
  • Develop project plans and lead Dayforce implementations
  • Lead discovery workshops and collaborate with Solution Architects to design and configure the Dayforce solution
  • Lead and participate in all test, training, and deployment activities
  • Lead and mentor consultants and senior consultants
  • Collaborate with client project managers and executives throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure projects are on-time, on-budget, and deliver maximum return on investment
  • Collaborate with Product Management in the continuous improvement of the Dayforce product
Job Requirements
  • 10+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
  • 6+ years of Workforce Management experience
  • 2+ years of lead consulting experience
  • 2+ years in a technical consulting position
  • Experience in a variety of industry verticals including manufacturing, retail, and financial services across a number of functional areas including Forecasting, Scheduling, and Time & Attendance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
