Published on Monday, Nov 14,2011

Dayforce will continue to utilize XAML to provide friendly and intuitive user experiences for desktop clients using Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Apple computers. Microsoft will fully support the Silverlight 5 platform through to 2021. New tablet and mobile functionality will use both native (iOS and Android) and HTML5 frameworks.

By leveraging the multi-view technology, Dayforce will be able to:

  • Increase user adoption by enabling employees to access the application on devices and platforms of their choosing with a consistent and friendly user experience;
  • Provide access to Dayforce’s rich, visual solution on all platforms and hardware, including specialized or proprietary hardware and devices; and
  • Enable enterprise-class scalability and performance on even the most challenging IT infrastructure.

Dayforce is excited with the advantages the multi-view architecture will provide - expanding the user experience, functionality and performance that make our clients more profitable.
