David Ossip, President and CEO
David Ossip is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dayforce and is focused on leading the organization to deliver innovative workforce and performance solutions to clients around the world. David previously founded Workbrain, where he served as the company’s CEO and President and was responsible for the company’s vision, product and market direction. He is the recipient of many awards for his leadership, including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award as well as a nationally awarded Special Citation for Technology Innovation. In 2004, he was named to Canada’s Top 40 under 40. Ossip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
John Orr, Chief Strategy Officer
John Orr is the Chief Strategy Officer of Dayforce and is responsible for creating, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Dayforce, Orr worked closely with industry leading brands to plan their Workforce Management strategy in his role as VP of Retail solutions at Workbrain. Previously he joined Radiant, where he was responsible for design, development and go-to-market strategy, and was VP of Products at TimeCorp, a division of HP. He holds an MBA from Georgia State University.
Bob Brooks, Chief Technology Officer
Bob Brooks, the Chief Technology Officer of Dayforce, is responsible for formulating the organization’s long-term technology vision and strategy. Prior to joining Dayforce, Brooks was Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Workbits, an integrated on-demand Workforce Management provider. In 1988, he co-founded TimeCorp, where he was Chief Technology Officer. Brooks holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from Berry College.
Paul Sandusky, Senior Vice President of Operations
Paul Sandusky leads Dayforce’s Operations and Services and is responsible for Professional Services, Customer Support and Education. Prior to joining Dayforce, Sandusky was Vice President of Professional Services at Angoss Software, a business intelligence software provider. Previously he held a number of leadership positions at Workbrain, including Director of Professional Services and Vice President of Research & Development. Prior to Workbrain, Sandusky held several leadership positions with leading system integrators, including Andersen Business Consulting. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Guelph.
Ozzie Goldschmied, Vice President of Development
Ozzie Goldschmied is responsible for the Dayforce Development team where he is responsible for new product design, innovation and development. Prior to joining Dayforce, Goldschmied held a number of senior Research and Development positions at Workbrain, where he was responsible for key workforce management applications including Time & Attendance and Scheduling. Previous to Workbrain he held numerous senior development positions in Sybase, Longview Solutions and Syndesis where he was responsible for the design and development of robust, highly scalable applications that were used by retail, financial services and healthcare organizations. Goldschmied holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Warren Perlman, Vice President of Solutions
Warren Perlman is the Vice President of Solutions and is responsible for leading the Solution Consultants team and the Information Technology team at Dayforce. Warren joins Dayforce from Voice on the Go, where he was Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, he co-founded Workbrain, where he was responsible for technology and platform architecture. Perlman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York University.
Kristina Cleary, Vice President of Marketing
Kristina Cleary leads the Dayforce Marketing efforts with responsibility for developing the organization's marketing strategy, supporting the sales pipeline and for executing tactical elements in support of the company’s business objectives. Prior to joining Dayforce, Kristina served as Vice President of Marketing at DMTI Spatial, a leading software and content provider in the location intelligence space. Previously, she was the Senior Director of Marketing Communications at Workbrain, and during her six year tenure was responsible for driving the pipeline to support the organization's rapid growth and strategic expansion into new markets. Prior to Workbrain, Kristina held consulting and marketing positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kristina holds a bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Adelaide, South Australia.
Kevin Ferguson, Vice President of Sales
Kevin Ferguson leads the Dayforce Sales and Business Development efforts with responsibility for all of the company’s sales functions, including its direct and inside sales force. Kevin joins Dayforce with over 20 years in direct and sales leadership positions. Prior to joining Dayforce, Kevin spearheaded the first US based "Core Banking Transformation" license sale and successful deployment as VP of Strategic Industries at SAP. Previously, Kevin held several senior sales leadership positions in leading technology organizations, including VP Sales at Workbrain, where he was responsible for growing the company’s growth from $40M to $74M in a three year period and for establishing the organization’s EMEA sales and service office. Kevin holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University.
