About the Position
The Consultant is responsible for supporting the deployment of the Dayforce solution to its diverse and rapidly growing client base. The Consultant is involved in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle including discovery, design, configuration, and testing.
Job Description
- Work closely with the Project Manager or Lead Consultant across all activities in the implementation lifecycle to deploy the Dayforce solution
- Participate in discovery workshops and collaborate with Solution Architects to design and configure the Dayforce solution
- Participate in all test, training, and deployment activities
Job Requirements
- 4 years of enterprise software implementation experience
- Workforce Management experience a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
