About the Position
The Client Trainer is responsible for delivering Dayforce training to clients, partners, and employees. The Client Trainer also assists with course development and other education- related activities as assigned. This position operates in a dynamic environment with regular introductions of new product functionality.
Job Description
- Learn and deliver Dayforce training at a Dayforce training facility, on-site at a client location, or virtually.
- Work closely with clients or internal team members to tailor or customize course content.
- Author or edit course materials.
- Stay current on Dayforce product functionality.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with Dayforce product line and/or experience working in WFM.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience using MS Office and web collaboration tools.
- Desire and ability to quickly learn and communicate new concepts effectively.
- Ability to travel, as required, to client locations.
- Previous experience delivering virtual or face-to-face training.
