About the Position
The Education Coordinator is responsible for processing student registrations and for ensuring course materials, training environments, and student supplies are provided for each training session. The Education Coordinator will also assist with the edit of course materials and the development of marketing materials and presentations.
Job Description
- Maintain online registration systems and student registration processes.
- Work closely with clients or internal team members to process student registrations.
- Coordinate session logistics for virtual, onsite, or classroom delivery.
- Promote Dayforce Education products and services.
- Edit course materials or presentations.
Job Requirements
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Superior communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience using MS Office and web collaboration tools.
- Desire and ability to quickly learn and use student registration systems.
- Aptitude and interest in technology and education.
- Prior experience in a similar, or customer service, role.
