  • Life Insurance: Dayforce provides life insurance of 1x your annual earnings up to a maximum amount
  • Dependent Life Insurance: All dependents are insured under our benefits package
  • Extended Health Care: Dayforce provides you and your dependents with a health care plan that includes partial to full reimbursement for medical treatment, drug expenses, vision care, professional services, medical equipment and other supplies and services.
  • Dental Care: You and your dependents are insured for 90% of dental expenses up to a maximum amount
  • Long-Term Disability: Dayforce provides long-term disability insurance of a portion of your salary to a maximum amount
  • Healthy Living: Dayforce promotes healthy living by subsidizing your gym membership fee and by encouraging team activities that involve physical activity
  • Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP): Every new employee can meet with an RBC representative to set up a personalized savings plan

*Benefits for our US employees are covered and controlled by our US payroll providers; they include such benefits as dental care, vision care, a high-deductible health plan and a 401(k) account.
